Combining the art of teaching with the principles of effective learning, I've helped to create effective educational experience in a range of sectors: corporate training, higher education, healthcare, and government. This starts with a needs assessment, to guide with the later development of instructional materials and courses to meet the objectives of the clients and stakeholders.
​I'll meet with you to design the tools for gap analysis, and we'll take it from there using the ADDIE model to structure the outcomes.

I’ve used my skills in this area to evaluate gaps in performance in a number of programs and teams. It starts with understanding the perceived problems, and working from there to make improvements.

In this sphere, I’ll conduct interviews and surveys to find out what’s going on, and work with all the appropriate stakeholders to develop tools to address the gaps.
